We don’t really help people who want weight loss fast (and we don’t ever condone crash or fad diets), but we can help you kick start weight loss that lasts.
How? Here’s some background:
In 1999, recently liberated from a homeless hostel where I was living with my 5 year old, I was fortunate enough to land a job in the mail room here at Nutri-Health. It’s a long story (and people tell me, quite an inspiring one) which I’ll go into more detail about some time, but suffice to say; I was unfit, unhealthy and overweight.
Little did I know that I was starting an exciting and fulfilling journey towards a healthy and happier lifestyle.
I’ve been told many times, that the lessons I learned and the philosophies that influenced and helped me would be of real benefit to others. So, now I’m the MD of Nutri-Health I can throw my weight around and have worked with our techies for the last 12 months to produce the Weight Loss & Wellbeing Boot Camp Blog. It is full of inspirational ideas, tasks and proven techniques, which are designed to help you along your own weight loss and wellbeing path.
