How do I get free delivery?
If you're in the UK all orders over £50 are delivered free.
Spending less than £50? Don't worry! Nutri-Health's own brand Supplements, Gift Vouchers plus Water Filters and Clinical Tests are all delivered free in the UK whatever the size of your order.

What if I want to return something?
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please return items to our normal FREEPOST address which is FREEPOST RSHG-CACE-BELU Nutri-Health,Trinder House, Bishops Waltham, Southampton, SO32 1EE. Alternatively you can Email us at enquiries@nutri-health.co.uk, call on 01243 775992 (International +44 243 775992) or fax us on 01243 775994 (International +44 1243 775994). and we will send you a FREEPOST returns pack. All of our products are covered by our 100% money back guarantee. Any products returned will be credited to your account or refunded in full with 48 hours of receipt.
How long will delivery take?
We do advise 5-7 working days for delivery in the UK but as orders are usually sent by Royal Mail 2nd class post they should be received within 3 working days from placing your order. For delivery outside the UK we would ask you to allow 7-10 working days for delivery.
Do you have a retail outlet I can purchase Nutri-Health.co.uk supplements from?
Nutri-Health.co.uk food supplements are exclusive to us so can only be purchased directly from us.
Where is my order?
Your local sorting office may be holding your order for you so please check with them. If you have not received your order after 10 working days from despatch please contact us.
What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards including American Express, cheques, postal orders and by PayPal.
Do you have trade prices?

Will taking Nutri-Health Supplements effect the medication I am taking?
There are no known side-effects from our products, but should you have any queries we recommend that you seek advice from your favoured health practitioner. Whilst we are happy to provide products which can help with health and wellbeing, we do not 'treat', or aim to 'cure' any disease. Under the UK law only a medical doctor may 'treat' illness and disease.
Do you sell gift vouchers?
We sell £10, £15, £20 and £25 gift vouchers which can be redeemed either by post or telephone and are valid for one year from date of purchase. No change or credit is available; the complete value of the voucher must be redeemed in one transaction.
How do I place an order online?
First, find an item you want to buy and click 'Add to Basket' to add the item to your shopping basket. Once you've finished shopping, click on the basket icon, located at the top left corner of the screen, or click the 'Checkout' button on each product page.
Once you reach the checkout screen, you have a number of choices - if you are an existing Nutri-Health.co.uk customer, login and enter your username and password. If you're a new Nutri-Health.co.uk customer, you'll need to register your details.
Registering makes it easier to place orders in the future. The online instructions will guide you through the registration process. There is also an express checkout option where you don't have to register, but you will still need to input your personal details.
Once you are logged in as either a new or existing customer, or have entered all relevant information, you will need to confirm your delivery choice and then proceed to Payment.
You can pay by credit, debit card or Paypal and will be directed to the appropriate payment portal.
Once the order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email.
I've forgotten my password, how can I reset it?
There is an option to retrieve your password on the login page. Simply enter the email address you originally registered with and a new password will be sent to you. Once you have logged into your account you can change the password to something memorable to you on the 'Your Account Details' page.
