I have been taking Flex tablets for osteoarthritis for almost 8 years. I have tried cheaper products over that time, but these are the only Glucosamine & Chondroitin tablets that control my painful joints. When I take them the pain disappears, when I stop (or change tablets) it comes back. Amazing (hence the 5 stars I have awarded! My only disappointment is that it seems I can no longer purchase 10 bottles for a reduced price, which made such a difference to the cost over the period of a year.
