Cacao Nibs from Nutri-Health are natural, unprocessed raw chocolate. Cacao Nibs are formed by harvesting the cacao fruit before removing and drying the seeds, which are best known as cacao beans. Nibs are simply the beans broken into pieces slightly smaller than rice grains for easy consumption.
Cacao is a classed as a superfood quite simply because it is one of the most nutritious foods on the planet. Cacao is one of the best dietary sources of sulphur and magnesium and is a positive powerhouse of antioxidants, minerals, and many other health-giving elements such as PEA, which boosts mood and improves brain function.

Directions for using Cacao Nibs:
- Sprinkle some nibs onto your breakfast, or grind up to a powder to make raw chocolates and cakes. Consume up to 2 tablespoons of cacao nibs a day.
Chocolate bars that we buy in the shops must contain minimum 17% cacao solids. Cacao solids on their own are more potent!
